What we collect
Your account email, profile inputs you provide, consent records, subscription state, and numeric scan results. We do not ask the model to infer protected traits.
How photos are handled
Photos are transmitted securely to our AI processor for the requested analysis, processed in memory, and are not stored by FormCheck. Image metadata is removed before analysis. Do not upload another person.
Why we process data
We process data to provide your requested estimate, maintain your private history, manage billing, and prevent abuse. We do not sell health data or use it for targeted advertising.
Legal bases
Depending on where you live, FormCheck relies on your consent for photo analysis, performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention, and legal obligations for billing records. You may withdraw consent by not submitting another photo and may delete your account data.
Processors and international transfers
The service relies on Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database, Groq for AI analysis, and Stripe for billing. Their processing locations may differ from yours. See the subprocessor list for the data and purpose associated with each provider.
Retention and your rights
Numeric scan results remain until you delete your account or request deletion. Consent and security records are kept only as needed to document the service and protect it. Billing records may be retained where legally required. You can export or delete account data from your dashboard and may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where local law provides those rights.
Security and incidents
We use encrypted transport, access controls, row-level database policies, signed billing webhooks, and redacted logs. No online system is risk-free. Where applicable, we will provide legally required breach notices.
Children
FormCheck is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly process children’s body images.
