How it works
A quality check comes before every estimate.
FormCheck uses one front-facing photo to produce a nonmedical visual body-fat range.
1. You provide one consistent photo
A full-body front view, relaxed pose, fitted clothing, and even lighting give the model the clearest visual information. Read the photo guide before your first check-in.

2. The image is prepared privately
FormCheck validates the file, removes metadata, resizes it for analysis, and sends it securely to the configured AI processor. The source image is processed in memory and is not saved by FormCheck.
3. Quality is checked first
The model can reject cropped, blurred, poorly lit, obscured, unsafe, or incorrectly posed photos. A rejected image returns retake guidance and does not consume the free successful estimate.
4. You receive a range, not clinical precision
A usable photo returns a visual percentage range, midpoint, confidence level, and general observations. The numeric result is saved privately so future check-ins can show direction.
Important limitation
Appearance varies with camera, lighting, pose, clothing, hydration, and individual fat distribution. FormCheck is a trend tool, not a medical device, DEXA replacement, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
